We are writing to tell you how pleased we are
with our new Gerard steel roof. It is very good looking and a
really nice change from wood shingles. Everything went along very
well with the installation. Your crew was very efficient. They
arrived right on time each day, and at the end of each day they
cleaned up the entire area, leaving nothing lying around to trip
over or blow around. This is something we really appreciated.
And the ease in getting in touch with Paul was very heartening.
If he wasn't on-site, he would call back in a matter of a few
minutes. So he was always available to answer questions.
All in all, it was a good experience. This would
have been a real inconvenience if the old roof was torn off, but
putting the steel roof on over the old roof made it a very clean
operation.
